The Therma-Kleen THERMA-STEEM Deluxe model is manufactured and constructed in the USA in our factory located in Plainfield, Illinois. Starting off the same was as our other dry vapor steam cleaners, the Deluxe model is made with a commercial grade, all stainless steel body, boiler (lifetime warranty), an incoloy heating element, 1 year warranty on parts, and the same pressure (100 PSI/ 6.8 bar) and temperature (330°F/ 170°C). We then add heavy duty 10" rubber wheels, 3" feet extensions and a stair climber attachment for the best maneuverability and the ease of going up and down stairs. Compact, portable and easy to use, the THERMA-STEEM dry vapor steam cleaners will make any cleaning crew happy to witness and experience the cleaning power of pressurized steam.
All of our THERMA-STEEM, dry vapor steam cleaning models are perfect for commercial use to clean, disinfect, sanitize and deodorize in areas where water cannot and should not be used. The THERMA-STEEM models are used in many car detailing shops (we provide a detailing package), hospitals, veterinary clinics, hotels, restaurants, food processing plants, schools and universities, just to name a few. Our units are ideal for the interior cleaning and de-greasing of ovens, refrigerators (including the condenser coils), cooking vats, prep areas, and conveyor belts. It is great for cleaning tile, grout, natural stones, hard wood floors, windows, lighting fixtures, pots, pans, air conditioning filters, return vents, deodorizing dining and seating areas, carpeting, removes gum (see video), and an ever growing list of equipment. Our machines deliver 95% dry vapor, so they can also be used to clean walls, ceilings, mattresses, sanitize bathrooms and patient rooms between appointments, remove mildew, odorous mold fungus, and eliminate nicotine and residue buildup. Because of the maximum temperatures reached by our dry vapor steam cleaners, they can be used to eradicate bed bugs and dust mites. They can even be used in kosher establishments to "kasherize" equipment. The EPA approves of our dry vapor steam cleaners because there is no need for harmful chemicals and kills most bacteria and viruses including MRSA. These machines are favored for use in hotel lobbies because of the quiet cleaning capabilities, "green technology" (no harmful or offensive chemical odors), and they are movable work stations.
